updating multiple sites and services

I want to know how other folks are updating site and service records? We're finding that many agencies are overwhelmed, as they may be receiving multiple update requests, one for each site and / or service.
Is there a way to block the update e-mail for a number of records at once?

I think it’s reasonable to look into a software change that recognizes that there is one email about to receive multiple requests, and consolidate it into a single message. We have this feature in our Volunteer software already, it’s called “update all opportunities”.
I’ve created a feature request, and in the new year I plan to hold a discussion of additional Agency Site Service features with those using this option to try to prioritize changes to be done in early 2016. I’ll be looking for input from users about what’s most important and we can consider this at that time. Here’s the feature request, please let me know if you have any suggestions for this;
